BABY MASSAGE - for parents
CLASSES
My weekly classes take place in Downham, SE6 and in Orpington, Kent, and are suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months. In addition to massage you will learn some stretching exercises that you can continue to use as your baby grows. Oils and other materials are provided, you just bring a towel.
Classes run throughout the year. Because of space the classes are small so contact me for dates and to pre-book a place.
HOME VISITS
A home visit can be arranged for yourself or with a group of friends with babies.
I am able to offer home visits in SE London and the Orpington/Sevenoaks area.
I will demonstrate the massage techniques, show you the most effective pressure to use for a baby, and advise about oils. You practise massage on your own baby with individual tuition, and plenty of time is allowed for feeding and naps during the session.
