Hi, I'm Clare. Welcome to my baby massage website. I work in SELondon and Kent as a freelance health consultant, advising and running workshops on various health and well-being issues. I have been teaching baby massage since 1992, after training at the London College of Massage.
Classes and Training
I teach parents how to massage their babies, either in weekly classes

Publications
The A-Z of Baby Massage is my illustrated handbook of practical advice and tips for parents. It goes beyond the basics to answer a range of questions in an easy reference format, and includes real-life baby stories.
It is also a useful resource for health professionals, with a detailed list of research findings on touch and related issues, and is used by students as part of my training course. Illustrated with over 40 beautiful black and white photographs.
