Blissful Baby Ltd Returns Policy

At Blissful Baby Ltd, we’re dedicated to providing resources and products that support, uplift, and empower new and expecting mums. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because we offer both digital and physical products, we ask that you carefully review our return policy before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Guides)

All sales of digital products, including The Blissful Baby Series eBooks, are final. Once a digital file has been delivered (via email or direct download), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by law. This is because access to digital content cannot be revoked once provided.

2. Physical Products (Clothes, Blankets, Milestone Cards)

For our physical products, we want you to love your Blissful Baby Ltd purchases. Please see our return conditions below:

  • Clothing: Must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging. Tags must still be attached.

  • Textiles (Blankets, Muslins, etc.): Must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging.

  • Toys: Must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging.

  • Milestone Cards: Must be returned unused and in original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition. Please do not attach return labels directly to the item, as we cannot accept returns if the packaging is damaged during the return process.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Credit

For hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit note, unless faulty:

  • Dummies

  • Skincare products (including lotions, oils, balms, etc.)

These items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, as well as their nature as personal care products.

4. Accidental Purchases or Download Issues (Digital Products)

If you made a purchase by mistake or experienced a technical issue (such as not receiving your download), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue by resending the file.

Please include your order number and a short description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

5. Duplicate Purchases (Digital Products)

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please get in touch. Once verified, we’re happy to issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

6. EU/UK Customers (Digital Content and Consumer Rights)

If you are based in the EU or UK and purchased a digital product, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, unless you downloaded or accessed the content immediately. In such cases, your right to cancel is waived under consumer protection laws.

By completing your purchase and accessing the product, you consent to waive this right.

7. Faulty, Missing, or Damaged Products (Physical and Digital)

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but in the rare event that an item is faulty, damaged, or missing, we’re here to help. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if something isn’t right.

How to Report an Issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • If the product is damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and send us a photo of the packaging along with the damaged item to help us process your claim.

  • If an item is missing or you’ve received an incorrect product, please send a photo of the incorrect item along with the packing slip to assist us in verifying and resolving the issue quickly.

  • Please note items that show signs of wear and tear from use are not considered faulty. If you're unsure, reach out to us for advice before returning.

We’ll do everything we can to sort the issue out as quickly as possible.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Due to being a small business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for any reason. Blissful Baby Ltd does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
