7. Purchasing and Refunds

a. Digital Products (eBooks)

  • All eBook sales are final once delivered, except where required by law.

  • If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your eBook, please contact us at hello@blissfulbaby.co.uk.

  • All digital products are subject to the Digital Product License in section 2.1.

b. Physical Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds or exchanges are not available on dummies, teethers, skincare, and other personal baby items once opened or used.

  • Refunds or exchanges may be offered for faulty or damaged items in accordance with consumer law.

  • Clothing, hats, blankets, and swaddles may be eligible for exchange or return if unused, in original condition, and within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for any reason. Blissful Baby does not cover the cost of return shipping

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch physical product orders promptly. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and shipping method.

Blissful Baby Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during your purchase of eBooks or physical products will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
